Setting up IPTV on your Smart TV is a fast and easy process that only takes about 5-10 minutes. Just follow this simple guide to begin enjoying IPTV channels on your television.
Choosing an IPTV App
To begin, you’ll want to download an IPTV app from the App Store on your Smart TV. Here are a few popular choices:
Features: This app offers an excellent user interface and is completely free to use. Setting it up is a breeze because you don’t have to upload your playlist to another site. That said, it does come with a few limitations.
Recommendation: We suggest trying HOT IPTV because of its user-friendly interface and seamless experience. You can enjoy a 14-day free trial, and after that, it’s only 5 euros per year. For further information, take a look at our blog post.
3. IBO Player / IBO Player Pro (7 days trial then 10 dollars lifetime)
Description: A widely used app that attracts a large user base. While it might face occasional downtime, it is typically dependable.
4. Other Options (Available on older smart tvs)
apps: Smart One IPTV, Duplex IPTV, Net IPTV, SS IPTV, and Smart IPTV.
Note: The setup process for these apps is quite similar, so you can follow the instructions below. Keep in mind that some of them, like Smart IPTV, may have limited memory.

If it doesn’t work, reach out to your IPTV provider for a DNS link that is compatible with the app, since not all links will function properly. Additionally, make sure that the links are formatted as http:// .
Setting Up Any IPTV Player App on Smart TV (Paid)
For this tutorial, we’ll focus on HOT IPTV, but you can use the same steps for any other IPTV app.
Step-by-Step Guide
Download the App: Head over to the App Store and look for HOT IPTV– (IBO Player Pro/ Ibo Player/ Duplecast, etc. All these apps have the same setup process!)
Once installed, launch the app and take note of the MAC address shown on the screen.
Send Your MAC Address:
Option 1: You can send us your MAC address through WhatsApp by clicking here. Make sure to include your MAC address, the app name, and your payment email or order ID.
Option 2: You can set it up yourself by following these simple steps.
Enter MAC Address: Input your MAC address and click NEXT.
Add Your M3U Link: Enter the M3U link you received in your email, along with a name for your playlist (feel free to choose any name you prefer).
Save and Restart: Hit save, then restart your app to start streaming.
Notes
You can follow these same steps for any other paid IPTV app you select.
Ensure that when you paste the m3u link on the app site, it is HTTP and not HTTPS! This is a common mistake!
Most Smart TV apps require payment, with the exception of IPTV Smarters Pro, which can be somewhat clunky and may experience occasional glitches. You might want to consider a more dependable option like IBO Player Pro or HOT IPTV.
